Who Am I ?

I am a graduate of the 4 year Core Process Psychotherapy training run by the Karuna Institute and am accredited through the Association of Core Process Psychotherapists. I have a Master’s Degree ( Karuna and Middlesex) in Core process Psychotherapy. I am registered with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapy (UKCP).

I have worked for many years in the caring professions, most recently in a Community Mental Health Team, as a Psychotherapist, Counsellor, Supervisor and Occupational Therapist.

I hold a Counselling Accreditation with the Pastoral Foundation where I counselled before embarking on my training as a psychotherapist in 1996.

Integrated into my work is training and experience in Somatic Trauma Therapy.

Workplace Brief Therapy.
ThePlace2Be as a School Project manger.

As well as Continual Professional Development through various courses and trainings, my own spiritual practice and the joys and demands of family life demand that I continue to grow and develop.
